This dashboard provides Sales and Gross Profit averages along with benchmark. It uses a company's declared number of salespeople for each RFMS profit center (Store Code). Use the "My Store" and "Benchmark" filters to select the data you want to compare.
My Current - Gross Profit / Salesperson = the average gross profit of all selected sales people for the date range and other filter criteria.
My total salesperson number is received from the dealer during enrollment to Business Insights. This number can be changed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Aggregate Net Sales, Salesperson and Gross Profit Values
My Aggregate Net Sales: Gross sales minus sales tax for the prior selected date range (either "Year Over Year" or "Trailing Months").
My Total Salesperson: Total number of salespeople defined in Business Insights for the company.
My Aggregate Gross Profit: Net Sales minus cost of goods sold.

Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's)
My Net Sales Current: My aggregate net sales divided by my total salesperson for the selected date range.
My Net Sales Prior: My aggregate net sales divided by my total salesperson for the prior period selected date range and "Compare To" ("Year over Year" or "Trailing Months").
Net Sales Percentage of Change: Change in total aggregate net sales between the selected date ranges.
BM Net Sales / Salesperson Benchmark: Total aggregate net sales divided by all salespeople for qualified Business Insights subscribers.
Net Sales / Salesperson by Store: Each stores current period of time sales is displayed by a blue column and brown column. Benchmark for is displayed by the orange dot. Hovering over the indicators in the graph will display the total net sales by sales employee by store.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
My GP / Salesperson Current: Aggregate gross profit divided by my total salesperson for the for the selected date range.
My GP / Salesperson Prior: Aggregate gross profit divided by my total salesperson for the prior selected date range (either Year Over Year or Trailing Months).
My GP / Salesperson Benchmark: Average of gross profit divided by all sales people for qualified Business Insights subscribers.
Gross Profit / Salesperson by Store: Gross profit per salesperson is displayed by a blue column (current period) and brown column (previous period). The gross margin by job type benchmark is displayed by an orange indicator dot. Hovering over the visuals will display the gross profit by sales by store.
