Showroom per SqFt. Averages Dashboard

This dashboard provides company averages of sales and gross margin per showroom square feet.

My Aggregate Net Sales: Gross sales minus sales tax for the prior selected date range (either "Year Over Year" or "Trailing Months").

My Aggregate Showroom SqFt: Total showroom square footage of all showrooms combined (defined when signing up for Business Insights).

My Aggregate Gross Profit: Net Sales minus cost of goods sold.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

My Current: Aggregate net sales divided by aggregate showroom SqFt. for the selected date range.

My Prior: Aggregate net sales divided by aggregate showroom SqFt. for the prior selected date range and "Compare To" filter ("Year over Year" or "Trailing Months").

My 

Net Sales / SqFt: Benchmark: Average of net sales divided by showroom SqFt. from qualified Business Insights participants.

Net Sales By Store: Each stores sales for the current period of time is displayed by a blue column and prior sales displayed by a brown column. Benchmark for is displayed with the orange dot. Hovering the indicators in the graph will display the total net sales by showroom SqFt. by store.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Gross Profit / Salesperson Current Period of time: My aggregate gross profit divided by my total showroom SqFt. for the period shown in the “active” filters.

Gross Profit / Salesperson Prior Period: My aggregate gross profit divided by my total showroom SqFt. for the prior period shown in the “active” filters.

Gross Profit / Salesperson Benchmark: Total aggregate gross profit for all companies divided by all showroom SqFt. for all companies.

Gross Profit per Showroom SqFt: Displayed by a blue column (current period) and brown column (previous period).  The gross margin by job type benchmark is displayed by an orange indicator dot.  Hovering over the visuals will display the gross profit SqFt. by store.
Note: Each store for your company will have detail in the legend to describe the location.
