Business Insights is a web based analytics tool that's driven by data from participating RFMS clients. This analytics tool delivers remarkable reporting as well as until now, unavailable bench marking metrics.
Business Insights relies on a secure data service called RFMS Connect. It's installed and runs on your RFMS server. The data service runs at the end of the day for a few minutes to collect new or updated information and sends it to Business Insights.
This data collection occurs for all RFMS clients who subscribe to Business Insights. It's our priority to secure and keep your data private. Every effort is taken to maintain this security in every process.
