Premium Dashboard
The Customer Performance Dashboard allows you to view sales, gross margin and sales trends for your customers.
Select the Delivered Sales or Written Sales radio button to change the data displayed.
Select the Hide Detail or Show Detail radio button to show or hide the detail records associated with the filtered data displayed.
Delivered Sales
RFMS orders that have been job costed with a delivered date.
Written Sales
Written Sales are orders created in the RFMS system. A written sale is based on the order date. If a written sale has been delivered and job costed, it will still be considered part of the written sales for the selected order date.
Show/Hide Detail
Select the Hide Detail or Show Detail radio button to show or hide the detail records associated with the filtered data displayed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales: Gross Sales minus Sales Tax(which equals net sales) for customer families in the selected active filter range.
Sales Prior: Gross Sales minus Sales Tax for the prior selected date range (either Year Over Year or Trailing Months) for customer families that meet the active filter criteria.
Sales Change: The percentage of change in net Top 200 Customer sales between the current and previous period of time for the active filters.
Gross Margin: Customer net sales revenue minus cost of goods sold, divided by customer net sales revenue for the selected range of filters.
Note: Cost of Goods Sold excludes overhead, and load.
Gross Margin Prior: Gross Sales revenue minus cost of goods sold, divided by gross sales revenue for the prior date range (either Year over Year or Trailing Months) for customers that meet the active filter criteria.
Gross Margin Change: The percentage of change in Gross Margin between the current and previous period of time selected for all active filters.
Charts
Net Sales By Customer Name Current and Prior : Current and Prior period Net Sales is displayed by customer for the selected filters. The blue bar represents the net sales for the current period for each customer and the brown bar represents the net sales prior period. Hovering over either visual will display the specific amounts for each customer.
Orders By Customer: Current and Prior period order counts for each customer for the selected filters is displayed. Current period order count is shown in the blue bar, and the prior period is displayed with a brown bar. Hovering over either line will display the actual order count for the selected customer.
Gross Margin only By Customer Name: Current and Prior period Gross Margin percentages by Customer. This chart is sorted by highest to lowest current gross margin percent. Current period gross margin is shown in the blue bar, and the prior period is displayed with a brown bar. Hovering over any of these will display the gross margin.
Net Sales by Customer Type: Net Sales for customers included in the active filters are displayed by your RFMS core system customer type. A blue column indicates the current period Net Sales and the prior period Net Sales are displayed with a brown column. Hovering either visual will display the total net sales for that customer type.
Sales Trend (YOY): This chart shows the Net Sales dollar value by month for customers included in the active filters. The blue bars indicate the current period and the brown dots display the prior period sales. Hovering over either visual displays the actual dollar amount of Net Sales for that month.
Gross Margin By Customer Type: Gross Margin is displayed by your RFMS customer type for customers included in the active filters in a bar graph. Each customer type displays a blue column for current period Gross Margin and a brown column for the prior period Hovering over any visual in the respective Job Type category will display the Gross Margin percentage for that customer type.
Gross Margin Trend (YOY): Gross Margin percentage is displayed in a bar chart by month for all active filters. The current period's Gross Margin is indicated by a blue bar, and the past period Gross Margin is a brown dot. Hovering over any of the indicators displays the actual Gross Margin values.
