This dashboard provides performance metrics of your salesperson.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)


Sales: 
Gross sales minus sales tax for the selected date range. 

Sales Prior: Gross sales minus sales tax for the prior selected date range (either Year Over Year or Trailing Months).

Sales percentage of Change: Percentage of change in Gross sales minus sales tax between the selected date range.

Sales BM Percentage of Change: Percentage of change benchmark for the selected date range.

 

Gross Margin: Net sales revenue minus cost of goods sold, divided by net sales revenue for the selected date range.

Note: Cost of goods sold is net of overhead and load.

Gross Margin Prior: Total sales revenue minus cost of goods sold, divided by total sales revenue for the prior selected date range (either Year Over Year or Trailing Months).

Gross Margin percentage of Change: Percentage of change Gross Margin for the selected date range.

BM (Benchmark) GM (Gross Margin): Gross Margin benchmark percentage for the selected date range.

BM (Benchmark) GM (Gross Margin) Percentage of Change: Percentage of change in the Gross Margin benchmark for the selected date range.

Note: RFMS includes administrative users with primary salesperson in the "My Salesperson" filter to select only your primary and active salespeople.

Charts

Net Sales By Salesperson: Net sales for each salesperson is displayed by a blue horizontal line and previous period of time displayed by a brown horizontal line. Hovering over either horizontal line will display the total net sales for that period.

Gross Margin only By Salesperson: The gross margin for each sales employee is displayed by the blue horizontal line for current period, the brown horizontal line for previous period and the benchmark gross margin is displayed by an orange dotted-line. Hovering over either the horizontal lines or orange dot/line will display the gross margin for that salesperson.

Net Sales By Job Type: Displayed by job type for the selected date with a blue column and the prior period is displayed with a brown column.  Hovering over either visual will display the total net sales numerically for that job type.

Sales Trend (YOY): The sales trend for each month is displayed by a blue column and brown indicator dot.  Hovering over either visual will display the total net sales for the month indicated.

Gross Margin By Job Type: Gross margin is displayed by job type for the selected date with a blue column, the prior period is displayed with a brown column and the benchmark gross margin is displayed with an orange indicator dot.  Hovering over the three visuals in the respective job type category will display the gross margin by job type.

Gross Margin Trend (YOY): The gross margin trend for each month is displayed by a blue column and brown indicator line/dot.  The gross margin trend benchmark is displayed by an orange indicator line/dot. Hovering over the three visuals the respective months gross margin will display the gross margin for the current period (blue), prior period (brown) and the benchmark (orange).
